I remember as a young boy the first time I saw the magic of food. I watched my mother use her hands to create art, a pinch of this a pinch of that, food was her canvas. She was a very special lady. I always watched her hands work, those hard working hands. She knew how to use the freshest ingredients picked from her garden, working so gentle and with ease. She mixed with her hands as an artist does paint, combining the colors of earth. I could watch her use her talent to paint pictures of Italy’s most beautiful paintings, she painted with food. My love for food brought me to New York where I learned that in food is art.

The art of kosher food has been my passion for 30 plus years. From table settings to authentic Italian food, I’ve mastered the combination of expressing my love for food and the beauty of kosher tradition. Each meal carefully captures a true moment in Italian eatery. I pride myself in the quality of our food and putting my heart in making each meal more delicious then the next.
